On the rare occasions a breakage occurs, we will offer a replacement of the items in question. We must be notified of such within three working days and receive a good quality photograph of the damaged item(s) within the packaging it was delivered in.
Should the goods ordered be returned because the couriers have failed to deliver despite all attempts including telephone number given for the recipient and any other helpful information, we will have the goods returned to us. We will then re-despatch on your instruction where the same delivery cost will be charged to you before despatch.
Our couriers will make a single attempt to deliver your parcel and if you are not at home, they will leave a note. Thereafter, you will need to make arrangements with the courier to make a further attempt of delivery or to give alternative instructions. Options are available such as collection, alternative date or redeliver. Should you opt for redelivery the courier will make a total of three attempts before returning the goods to us, where you will incur a return delivery charge of 100% of the couriers standard delivery rate to your address.

Circumstances beyond our control: We do not have to keep to these conditions and are not liable if we are prevented or delayed from doing so by: Fire. Severe weather conditions. A shortage or lack of fuel or power supplies. Industrial action (official or unofficial). A delay by any government, public or local authority or customs authority. Hijacking, robbery or other criminal action. Any other causes beyond our control.
