Delivery Policy:

All orders placed with Cocktails For Home are delivered by courier. Our standard free UK delivery is generally made within two to three working days, however on some occasions can take longer.  Express shipping is an optional extra at checkout.   Express deliveries generally arrive within one to two working days, however this is not guaranteed.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and dispatched on Monday where possible. Orders are not processed or dispatched at weekends or on bank holidays. Delays may occur when delivering to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland and to Northern Ireland.

Upon receiving your confirmation of dispatch you will also receive a tracking number for your package. For more details regarding making alternative arrangements, or how many attempts the courier will make to deliver your package, before returning it to us please see their website at

On receipt of your goods please check the items carefully and notify us immediately of any items that are incorrect or incomplete.

In the event of receiving damaged goods, you must notify us immediately via email, please add your telephone number to the email along with a high quality photograph of the damaged item still in its original packaging.

Please do not return the goods unless instructed by us and retain the goods and packaging until the carrier has had an opportunity to review them.

We cannot accept any liability for delayed or non-delivery of goods due to misinformation or an incorrectly supplied delivery address or a mistake by the carrier.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address supplied by you, the customer, we reserve the right to charge the appropriate carriage fee to re-send.

We accept no liability for goods required for a specified date, which fail to arrive due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will always do our best to achieve your deadline but please order in sufficient time for time-critical items.

Shipments are made only by courier. A signature on delivery is always required. It is the User’s right to accept that a delivery is signed by a person other than the User, provided that the person is present at the address provided and has reached the age of 18. If no one is present at the time of delivery, the User will be asked to contact the appointed courier.

Once the parcels have left our facilities we will do everything we can to ensure delivery.  However, once they are in the possession of the courier we cannot be held responsible or liable for loss, damage, late delivery or a mistake made by the courier.

All parcels are due for payment in full, including all shipping fees, once dispatched from our facility.

International shipping:  we are not responsible for any delays, clearance issues or additional fees incurred due to customs. We endeavour to supply all relevant information for custom’s clearance, however we cannot be held liable should an individual custom’s office refuse to clear your parcel.  We reserve the right to pass on any additional costs charged to us by the courier, such as remote location charge, return fees & in country custom’s and courier charges.
